GLOBAL WORLD AMATEUR FOOTBALL CUP  HOME
gwafc Sunday football league

It’s not just the players that get the chance to shine. Our coaches will have one of the most prestigious jobs in amateur football, training and motivating the best of young talent.

The challenge will be tough, the teams will never have played together before and they will be entering one of the biggest tournaments in amateur football, so our coaches will need to be exceptional.

If you think you have what it takes apply now. Coaches will be chosen before the trials and you will have the chance to choose the team that will win the Uks first ever  Global World Amateur Football Cup Tournament.

Hello and welcome to the official website of the UK's first Global World Amateur Football Cup League.

Calling all young talented footballers!  Do you want the chance to play for your country?
In the Global World Amateur Football Cup league 2014, you can show off your world-class talent.

Hosted in the UK we will have many countries represented by amazing young footballers, one of them could be you!

This tournament is designed to showcase talent.

There will be winners and runners up also a fantastic opportunity for young players to be noticed.
Unfortunately not all those who apply will get through to the tournament stage as we are expecting a large number of applications.

Each young person will be given an opportunity to show what they can do and selections will be made on talent and team working capabilities.

All teams will be newly formed to represent their countries.

Each team must have a Manager and Coach to prepare them for the tournament in September 2014.

Players must be available to train with their team.

Good luck to all the
teams.

Warning: Some adult language

Life, like football, is a game of inches. Coach Tony D’Amato (Al Pacino) captures that analogy perfectly in this speech. An inch can make the difference between victory or defeat. And if you want to succeed in football or life, you have to fight for every inch. Never take anything for granted. Always keep fighting, even when everything seems stacked against you.
